Just about everything looks dramatic against the backdrop of a black granite countertop. And the Alstroemeria is no exception They're one of the most beautiful and striking plants. Unfortunately they seem to drop all their petals in about two days. Here I've captured one in the middle of "the big fade".
My love of the arts began early on in life and was greatly influenced by an inspiring photography teacher in high school. I began teaching myself to paint in 2019 and have had my work exhibited in numerous shows in the Detroit area.
