This is the season when all the vegetables are ripening at the same time. I thought I'd put a bunch of them in this old colander we had and put in on our kitchen table. I think it has a cool look to it. The tomatoes ranged from green to super ripe. And there were a couple heirloom ones to boot. Most of them were from our backyard garden, but the yellow squash and the zucchini was from our neighborhood commune. Nice to have such a variety of vegetables!
My love of the arts began early on in life and was greatly influenced by an inspiring photography teacher in high school. I began teaching myself to paint in 2019 and have had my work exhibited in numerous shows around the country. One of the joys of being an artist is looking at the world in totally different ways and discovering a painting or photograph in a million unexpected places. For inquiries: dominmark@yahoo.com
