I've painted these tchotchkes before, but when I put a small glass with lavender in it on the sill, I thought it was worth another go at it.

"Coming Home in the Dark"
A beautiful scene from a movie filmed in New Zealand. Unfortunately, the movie was horrible. Just an absolute bloodbath.

This is the resident cat at the Belle Isle Conservatory. He's an excellent mouser, a friendly soul, and a handsome devil to boot.
