"Peace Out"

 

The Peace Lily is such an interesting plant/flower. This one was in bloom in the Belle Isle Conservatory. Always amazed to see the wide variety of plants there.

"Magic Mountain"

  Not sure where this one is located. I found the image on the net and  thought it was pretty dramatic and worth doing a watercolor of it.

    This is the resident cat at the Belle Isle Conservatory. He's an excellent mouser,  a friendly soul, and a handsome devil to boot.
