Took a walk around the neighborhood as the holidays are winding down. This lone lighting display caught my attention.

"Perfect Parfait"

  Found these attractive treats at the grocery store  and thought they'd make an interesting still life. 

  • "A Sliver of Sunshine"
      Here's our cat Lizzie, on the landing catching a bit of afternoon sunshine.

    This is the resident cat at the Belle Isle Conservatory. He's an excellent mouser,  a friendly soul, and a handsome devil to boot.

      This is a self-portrait depicting the outrage I feel about the recent presidential election. I've thoroughly given up on this country....
