"Venetian Sunrise"

 

Early one morning I noticed the way the morning sun was creating these interesting shadows on the Venetian blind in our bay window. Thought it'd make an interesting painting. I put off actually painting it because I wasn't sure how to approach it or what medium to use. 
I finally got around to doing it. (BTW, it's in acrylics).

"Bourton-On-The-Water"

  A charming little village in the Cotswolds we visited last Fall. It also had one of the coolest automobile museums I've ever seen.
