"The Corner"

 

This was a couple of blocks from out hotel in Edinburgh. One evening, I spotted this beautiful sky, just as the sun was setting. Just had to commit it to canvas.

"Detroit Fire Engine #48"

  Not totally happy with the way this one turned out.  I guess I was a little impatient and rushed it. 

  • "A Sliver of Sunshine"
      Here's our cat Lizzie, on the landing catching a bit of afternoon sunshine.

    This is the resident cat at the Belle Isle Conservatory. He's an excellent mouser,  a friendly soul, and a handsome devil to boot.

      This is a self-portrait depicting the outrage I feel about the recent presidential election. I've thoroughly given up on this country....
